*Spring 2026 • Community Program PE Exemption*
*Final signatures for Spring Community Program PE Exemptions are due by May
8th, 2026*
Fall 2026 forms will be available on the
BHS Website in August 2026

 * Remember, your outside activity must:*
Be either a structured athletic program or a competitive (state-sponsored)
team sport
Include at least five hours of structured activities per week -- a minimum
total of 60 hours for the semester
A new form and supporting documents must be submitted every semester you
seek to earn a Community Program PE Exemption

*Community Program PE Exemption forms and information are available on
the BHS website under **documents.*
