THUR FEB 5 *Spring Club Fair* 1st-3rd period on Athletic Plaza.  Activity

THUR FEB 5 *Open House*
THUR FEB 19 *Senior Meeting* Donahue Gym at 3 pm. All senior majority
classes will attend to learn about spring activities & expectations.
THUR FEB 19 *Elected Leader Apps Due* All applications for president, vice
pres, chief of publicity, chief of service, & school board rep are due

FRI FEB 20 *BikeMobile Bike Repair *Open during lunch through after school.
Drop your bike off and pick it up after school.
***SAT FEB 21 *Spring Fling Dance**** is open to 9th/10th graders from

WED FEB 25 *Election Convention* We are open to 2 DELEGATES

THUR FEB 26 *Cap & Gown Orders *Achievers will be on campus at lunch to
take graduation orders.
SAT FEB 28 *Cap & Gown Loaner  *Last day to request a free cap and gown
loaner. Click here for details.

*MARCH MONTH of SERVICE* Executive Team student leaders will host service
projects throughout the month. Details TBA.
MAR TBA *Academic Achievement Awards ceremony* Nominations from each
SLC/Dept due soon. Date may change from the original date.
***SAT MAR 21 *2026 Prom**** SF Design Center Looking for check-in support,
coat check support, other volunteers. Ticket sales in mid February

THUR MAR 12* Candidate Meet & Greet* Elected leader candidates will promote
themselves to the voting student body at lunch.
MON-THUR MAR 23-26 *ASB Voting Period *The online ballot will be open for
four days.

WED APR 15 *Voter Registration *The Alameda County Registrar of Voters will
be on campus to pre-register/register folks to vote.
FRI APR 17 *Cap & Gown Distribution *Achievers will be on campus at lunch
to distribute all graduation orders for the entire Class of 2026.
TUE APR 21 *Appointed Leader Apps Due *All applications for class teams,
student senate, and the executive team are due.

FRI MAY 29 *Carnival* This end of year celebration happens after a
shortened bell schedule on the Athletic Plaza. Games, activities, food, etc.
SUN MAY 31 *Link Leader Apps Due *All applications for 9th-11th grade
students who wish to help out at 9th grade orientation in August.

***TUE JUN 2 *Senior Meeting & Ticket Distribution**** Donahue Gym 1:00
pm.
FRI JUN 5 *Class of 2026 Graduation *We host two ceremonies 10 am - 12 pm
for last names A-K and 3 - 5 pm for last names L-Z. Graduates can request a
switch after a form is shared around spring break. *We will share the
invitation with staff to work during graduation after spring break.*
