Support Berkeley students and families impacted by the uncertainty of SNAP
food benefits through donations to the district-wide Family Emergency Fund

BUSD’s Office of Family Equity & Engagement, BHS Family Resource Center,
the Berkeley Public Schools Fund, and the Berkeley PTA Council are
partnering on a Family Food Emergency Campaign to channel monetary
resources to families facing food insecurity.

Donations are currently being accepted to the *Family Emergency Fund*, a
pre-existing district-wide fund designed to support families during crisis
situations. Funds will be used to provide grocery gift cards to
families, equitably
distributed across the district.

Berkeley High encompasses both our greatest area of need and our greatest
potential for impact. Your generosity will make a difference.
