Hello Berkeley High Families of 9-11th graders,

I hope this email finds you well and that you and your family are settling
into the new school year.

Our annual Spirit Week is coming up from September 22-26! The week will
feature different dress-up themes each day, ending with our main event, Red
and Gold Unity Day, on Friday, September 26th.

For Unity Day, we're looking for parent volunteers to help us create a
special and memorable day for our students. We'll be surprising them by
having familiar faces like you present in the hallways and throughout
campus.

Volunteers will work in pairs or trios to be stationed around the campus.
We've divided the day into four shifts:

   -

   8:20 - 10:20 a.m.
   -

   10:20 a.m. - 12:20 p.m.
   -

   12:20 - 2:20 p.m.
   -

   2:20 - 3:30 p.m.

If you can't volunteer your time, we would still greatly appreciate
donations of treats and drinks for our staff and volunteers.

Please use this Google Form  <https://forms.gle/C3YGcBWywgFsnowk7>to sign
up for a volunteer shift or to let us know you can donate. (Please note
that we sent a separate email to our 12th grade families.  - see that email
for Senior-specific requests)
