Hello Class of 2025 Grad!

First, congratulations on your impending achievement after a 12+ year
academic journey. We hope you carve out some time to celebrate with your
classmates and teachers before the big day.

This is a confirmation message of your ceremony time as of today, May 9 at
2 pm.

The form is now closed. ALL GRADUATING WILL RECEIVE 6 TICKETS IF THEY
COMPLETED THE FORM OR DIDN'T...

If you would like to change your ceremony time, please edit OR complete the
RSVP form by MAY 8. *You must be logged into your BHS student email account.

**Please note that there are a few instances when a graduate is reassigned
to a ceremony that was not of their choice due to a conflict with someone
else. We will inform you with adequate advance notification if this
happens.


AM CEREMONY on FRIDAY, JUNE 6th

Please plan to arrive at 9 AM to the DONAHUE GYM.

The procession begins promptly at 10 AM.


PM CEREMONY on FRIDAY, JUNE 6th

Please plan to arrive at 2 PM to the DONAHUE GYM.

The procession begins promptly at 3 PM.

ON MAY 20TH

Pick up any remaining cap and gown items at the Campus Green at lunch.

BEFORE MAY 23rd

This slide deck includes the form for requesting ADA seats. Please complete
that form by May 23.

ON JUNE 3rd

We will review some final points at the Grad Meeting & Ticket Distribution
day on TUESDAY, JUNE 3 from 1:00 - 1:45 pm in the DONAHUE GYM.

Please plan to attend that day. An alternative ticket pick up time will be
announced as we approach June 3.

BEFORE JUNE 6th

Make sure to return all of your textbooks or library books, pay any fines,
and thank all of your wonderful BHS staff that helped you along the way.

need to be completed by June 6. Please note that you only need to request a
transcript for your colleges. Each graduate will receive a diploma and a
final transcript.

ON JUNE 6th

Please plan to arrive ONE HOUR PRIOR to your ceremony start time to the
DONAHUE GYM.

The ceremony begins promptly at 10 AM in the morning and 3 PM in the
afternoon.

AFTER JUNE 6th

That is up to you, but don't forget to let us know how you are doing from
time to time!
