the shelter-in-place order, and the shift to working from home
where possible, we would like to take the time to reassure our
members of our continued support as we adjust to these new
circumstances. We, like many other companies, have shifted most of
our workforce to remote positions but maintain our reliable and
personalized support. We understand how important the internet is
at this time for both work and personal use, and we’re here to
help you stay connected. We have increased our availability to
include Sundays as well as Saturdays, for both phone and email
support, and maintain staff at our office Monday through Friday to
facilitate equipment exchanges and upgrades. As always, please

As we’re sure many of you are learning, we are now living in
the age of video calls for work, school, and socialization; and
streaming content is becoming more prevalent than ever. As such,
