Hi,

LMi.net will be upgrading its UniFi controller for the Always On
WiFi service on the night of Wednesday, June 26th. The UniFi
Controller is our server which communicates with the Always On
WiFi equipment and allows us to remotely manage, troubleshoot, and
resolve issues with your network. We will be performing this
deployment beginning at 12am (June 27th) and expect the process to
be completed within 3-4 hours.

During this time, your equipment may be unreachable as they
receive software updates. This includes your router (UniFi
Security Gateway), switches (UniFi Switches), and access points
(UniFi AP Pro, Mesh, etc). While these upgrades are processed,
your client devices (computers, smartphones, tablets, etc.) may
not be able to reach the internet.

These updates are required in order for us to prevent potential
security issues and will need to be processed on all devices that
we manage. If, for some reason, interruption of your service
absolutely must not occur on this day, please fill out the
form here.

Please note, that if you request for the upgrade to be delayed,
we will not be able to assist with any network related issues or
make any changes to your network until the upgrade is completed.
While we are making an exception and completing this deployment
after our standard business hours, any delayed upgrades will be
completed within our standard hours (Monday through Friday,
9am-5pm).
