Dear Members,

“Dinner-To-Go” for next week is Chicken Tagine made with Mary’s Free Range
Chicken, olives, figs, almonds, and honey- served with couscous. The soup
is Roasted pepper Bisque.
The vegetarian option for Wednesday, is Roasted Vegetables En Croute with
butternut squash, mushrooms, parsnips, and pearl onions baked in pastry.
$12.95
The Dessert is Almond Cake with Raspberry Sauce. $5.50

The Vegetarian Entrée for February 16th is porcini Ravioli with roasted
garlic cream sauce- served with green salad and garlic bread. $12.95

The Entrée for the final week of February (23rd) is Portobello Mushroom
Lasagna, which is one of the Chef’s favorite vegetarian entrees.

In the future we will include the vegetarian entrée on the initial order
form.
