The City of Berkeley is planning to renovate and redesign Civic Center Park and two nearby buildings, the Maudelle Shirek Building (Old City Hall) and the Veterans Memorial Building, to include a museum and arts programs.</p><p class="gmail-p6" style="margin:0px 0px 10px;font:15px Arial;color:rgb(26,26,26);background-color:rgb(255,255,255);min-height:17px">CCCC is a group of former public officials and community leaders working to develop a vision for the historic buildings and park to be presented to the City of Berkeley.<br></p><p class="gmail-p6" style="margin:0px 0px 10px;font:15px Arial;color:rgb(26,26,26);background-color:rgb(255,255,255);min-height:17px"><br></p><p class="gmail-p4" style="margin:0px;font:15px Arial;color:rgb(26,26,26);background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">TEEN INVOLVEMENT<br><br>

There are two opportunities for teens to participate:</p><p class="gmail-p5" style="margin:0px 0px 10px;font:15px Arial;color:rgb(26,26,26);background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">Focus Groups: attend two meetings (March 18 and May 20) to share your ideas and perspective on creating spaces and activities young people will want to use.<br><br>CCCC Participants: work with other members of CCCC, architects, engineers and city leaders to develop the Civic Center vision. Requires regular meeting attendance and research.
