The service is open to all. She loved her friends and family and we will all remember her beautiful smile. She graduated from Berkeley High School in 2010, and had just completed her freshman year at Bennington College. Emily was very happy at Bennington, where she was studying literature and education. She was passionate about becoming a teacher and hoped to teach at BHS so she could try to engage students and inspire them to pursue further education. She excitedly began this when she assisted in teaching a World of Media class for eight weeks during her winter field work term this year. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p><p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'><o:p> </o:p></span></font></p><p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>Emily died Thursday, June 2nd while at Bennington College in Vermont.
