<DIV>Parent representatives to the School Site Council (SSC) and Berkeley
Schools Excellence Project (BSEP) site committee will be elected at the
first PTSA meeting on Thursday, <SPAN

class=169474911-26082004> p.m. </SPAN> in the Little Theater.
All parents are encouraged to consider running for these very
important committees (staff and student representatives are elected by their
own peer groups). There are four seats on the SSC and <SPAN
class=169474911-26082004> five </SPAN> seats on the BSEP committee
to be filled<SPAN class=437461804-26082004> </SPAN>plus alternates for
each committee. <SPAN class=437461804-26082004> B</SPAN>oth
committees seek parent representatives from all segments of the BHS
