Dear BHS Community,

Jason Reynolds, an extremely popular author at Berkeley High, is coming to
the Bay Area! He'll be speaking in the Laney College theater in Oakland
this coming *Sunday, Oct. 13* at 3 pm at an event organized by *Mrs.
Dalloway's Bookstore*.

Your student has likely read one of his books, such as the Track
Series (*Ghost,
Patina, Lu, & Sunny*), *A Long Way Down, All American Boys*, or one of his
poetry books. He has a new young adult book called Twenty-four Seconds From
Now...
