Hello Class 2024 grads & families!

If you didn't attend ticket distribution on Monday, then please read below:

   - For ALL BTA and IND. STUDIES GRADS, please pick up your tickets with
   Ms. Le or Ms. Maldonado at the BTA Campus.
   - For all other BHS GRADS, please pick up your tickets from Ms. Coleman
   at the leadership office after school on TUESDAY, JUNE 4.

Please make sure to arrive ONE HOUR before your CEREMONY TIME on Wednesday
for graduation. This helps us get everyone lined up for the procession.

Finally make sure to stay hydrated as Wednesday is looking like a hot day.

   - Your @students.berkeley.net email account will be deactivated on
   September 1, 2024.  Please remove and save all materials from your
   account before that date.  takeout.google.com is a great tool for doing
   this.
   - Please return any checked out Chromebook or Hotspot to the BHS Library
   by June 4th.

   return all overdue BOOKS/TEXTBOOKS from previous school years. Talk

   not wait as they may affect your diploma mailing or free grad tickets!*
   - We are unlikely to accommodate any new switches to the PM ceremony as
   it is at capacity.
   - We are unlikely to accommodate any new additional ticket requests as
   we are reaching seating capacity.
   - If you still need a cap & gown, please know that Achievers will be
   present at graduation all day in front of the Donahue Gym.
   - If you need to make a FINAL TRANSCRIPT REQUEST or ADDRESS CHANGE for
   summer diploma mailing, please review the REGISTRAR section of the Senior

Red Ceremony: Last Names A-K 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Gold Ceremony: Last Names L-Z 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

**You can wear a red or gold cap & gown to either ceremony.*

Guest entrance at Milvia Street & Durant Avenue opens up one hour before
each ceremony

We will share graduation updates via student email, BHS e-tree, the BHS

*Tickets* It is assumed that all graduating students will attend the
ceremony. All graduating students from BHS, BIS & BTA will receive six (6)
tickets for graduation*. *Please complete the RSVP form by May 1st* *form
is now closed.*

*Every person attending, regardless of age, must have a ticket for
entrance.*

*Ticket Distribution* We will distribute six (6) tickets to all graduating
students after the June 3 grad meeting. An alternative pick up time will be
announced closer to graduation. All outstanding debts must be cleared
before tickets can be distributed.

*Grad Meeting* There will be a meeting for all Class of 2024 Graduates in
the Donahue Gym on Monday, June 3rd 1:00 - 1:30 pm. We will review
the graduation plan, share any last minute updates, and then distribute

*Additional Tickets* We encourage graduates to ask their classmates if they
have any extra tickets. We do not have plans to release additional tickets
beyond the six allotted tickets.
