the email with them to ensure that they are placed in the desired ceremony

You are receiving this email to indicate that you are *likely to be in
the *ceremony time
indicated on the RSVP form* on Wednesday, June 5th at Jacket Stadium. All
graduates should plan to arrive 1 hour prior to their ceremony start time
in their cap & gown and enter the M-Gate to stage in the Donahue Gym.
**We use likely because there could still be changes to ceremony
assignments*

seating accommodations.

*GRAD MEETING & TICKET DISTRIBUTION *
MON. JUNE 3 ~1:00 pm in the DONAHUE GYM
There will be a meeting for all Class of 2024 Graduates in the Donahue Gym
on Monday, June 3rd from ~1:00-1:30 pm. We will review the graduation plan,
share any last minute updates, and discuss if and how to request additional
tickets. Please make sure to bring a photo ID for the ticket pickup.
Each graduate must claim their own set of tickets themselves. All graduates
will receive six (6) tickets. We encourage graduates who need more than six
tickets, to ask their classmates for any extras. Please note that we will
have a livestream and replay of the entire ceremony. There will also be
free professional photography that will be shared 7-10 days after
graduation.

switch ceremony time)*

Ceremony 3 PM - 5 PM
