Dear BHS Parents/Guardians,


I'm sending a reminder to please join us *tomorrow* *Wednesday January 31,
2024 from 6-7:30pm in the Berkeley High Library* for our monthly
parent information night--*Caring for Yourself to Care for Others:
Strategies for You and Your Child.* The conversation will be facilitated by
Rachel Krow-Boniske *in partnership with the Niroga Institute!*


Come learn:

   - Strategies to manage emotional activation
   - How to model stress management and calming tools for your child
   - Dynamic Mindfulness Practices

You can enter through the main entrance on Allston Way (corner with Milvia
St).

Spanish interpretation will be provided. There are stairs/elevators to the
2nd floor. Please contact rachelkrowboniske at berkeley.net with accessibility
needs or questions.
