Dear BHS Parents/Guardians,


Sending a reminder to please join us tomorrow November 29, 2023 from
6-7:30pm in the Berkeley High Library for an information night about Social
Media, Screen Time & Mental Health.  You can enter through the main
entrance on Milvia St. and Allston Way.


The conversation will be facilitated by Rachel Krow-Boniske, the BHS
Wellness Counselor.


We will discuss:

   -

   The impact of social media on mental health
   -

   The effects of social media on adolescents’ development
   -

   Creating healthy (and realistic!) boundaries on screen time & social
   media

Spanish interpretation will be provided. There are stairs/elevators to the
2nd floor. Please contact rachelkrowboniske at berkeley.net with accessibility
needs or questions.
