Class of 2023 Graduation Ceremony

Berkeley High School

June 3, 2023

TO ENTER YOU MUST HAVE A RED TICKET: Red Ceremony: Last Names A-K 10:00 am
- 12:00 pm

TO ENTER YOU MUST HAVE A GOLD TICKET: Gold Ceremony: Last Names L-Z 3:00 pm
- 5:00 pm

Guest entrance at Milvia Street & Durant Avenue opens up one hour before
each ceremony

[image: image.png]Prohibited Items: Guests and graduates are not allowed to
bring in items that could obstruct views of the ceremony or seating at
Jacket Stadium on the day of the ceremony such as flowers, large signs,
balloons, etc. Guests will be instructed to return any prohibited item back
to their vehicle or leave them unattended at the entrance gate. Personal
sun protection is allowable provided that it doesn’t block any views of the
ceremony.

plastic storage bags, or small clutch bags are allowed inside Jacket
Stadium. Guests will not be permitted inside the graduation with bags.

[image: image.png]Tickets: Each guest MUST have a red graduation ticket for
the morning ceremony or a gold graduation ticket for the afternoon
ceremony. Every
person attending, regardless of age, must have a ticket for entrance and
the appropriate color ticket. Red for the morning and gold for the
afternoon.

[image: image.png]Ticket Distribution: We will distribute six (6)
graduation tickets to all graduating students after the May 30th grad
meeting. There will be an alternative pick up time from 12:40-1:30 pm in
the leadership office on May 31. All outstanding textbook/library book
debts must be cleared before graduation tickets can be distributed.

[image: image.png]Grad Meeting: There will be a meeting for all Class of
2023 Graduates in the Donahue Gym on Tuesday, May 30th from 1:00-1:20 pm.
