Dear BHS Parents/Guardians,


Please join us today April 18, 2023 from 6-7:30pm in the Berkeley High
Library for an information night about Adolescent Mental Health & Wellness.
The conversation will be facilitated by Rachel Krow-Boniske, the MEET
Mental Health and Wellness Counselor.

We will discuss:

   - normal adolescent development vs. mental health needs
   - recognizing signs of mental health challenges and crisis
   - how to talk with your teen about mental health
   - how to get help and access resources


Spanish interpretation will be provided. There are stairs/elevators to the
2nd floor. Please contact rachelkrowboniske at berkeley.net with accessibility
needs or questions.
