Achievers will be on campus at lunch on Thursday, December 1, near the
Donahue Gym (*if raining, Donahue Gym Lobby*) to handle any of your
graduation questions or needs for a Cap & Gown, class ring, announcements,
etc.


*Cap & Gowns, Class Rings, & Graduation Announcements *

Graduation orders can be placed at any time online, by phone or by mail.
Achievers Inc. handles orders for just the cap and gown as well as rings,
announcements, grad swag and even graduation packages. Cap & gowns are
traditionally worn at an in-person graduation. Consider using a cap & gown
for senior portraits, graduation pictures, at home celebrations as well as
any of graduation activities to be confirmed in the spring.

Below is a resource for all things related to your senior year. On the
Senior Letter, you will find information on graduation, testing, end of the
year ceremonies, prom, testing dates along with other important items. This
will be the best place to turn to first when you have a question.

A FEW HIGHLIGHTS:

   - Cap & Gown Orders: You can place a cap & gown order at any time, BUT
   the prices do go up after January 1. You have your choice between RED or
   GOLD. And you can request a loaner cap & gown that you would return to
   Achievers immediately after the ceremony before March 1.
   - Senior Portraits: If you would like your portrait in the yearbook, you
   must go to the Hayward Prestige/Lifetouch office to take photos. There are
   NO MORE appointments on campus. If you would like to purchase your
   portraits, then you can buy the portraits from Prestige OR from a vendor of
   your choice. There is no requirement to buy anything from PRESTIGE.
   - Graduation: We are still working on the plan for the large school
   graduation ceremony with all of the Class of 2024. In addition, the
   learning communities and cultural groups are planning their end of year
   celebrations as well. Once those dates and venues are confirmed, they will
   be added to the Senior Letter. Graduation ticket information will be added
   in early January.
   - Prom: Prom will take place on Saturday, March 25 at the SF City Hall.
   Tickets will go on sale in mid February. This event will be exclusive to
   the Class of 2023 and 2024, meaning that no underclassmen can attend. In
   addition, all non-BHS student guest passes must be submitted before you
   purchase the guests ticket. More information on this policy and tickets
   will be shared as we approach the prom date.

Once again, the Senior Letter is a living document that will adjust as more
information is confirmed, so check back here before reaching out to ask
questions.
