Please join us for an educational event on the topic of *grief*. We will
host Chela Shanti, Bereavement Counselor, LMFT, Sutter Care at Home Hospice
at our next meeting, *Tuesday, November 15 at 7pm*. Chela will teach us
about the emotions of grief, how it can impact us and what we can do about
it. Chela will offer education about the effects of grief and provide tools
to manage symptoms. This will be an opportunity to share your questions and
concerns and learn ways to help yourself and your loved ones through a
common and challenging process.
