Federal Financial Aid Virtual Bootcamp

don’t miss this useful bootcamp on October 18 at 6:00pm and October 20th at
9:00pm. FAFSA line by line sponsored by the federal government. Families
just need to register.

The sessions are geared toward students, parents or guardians and will
provide:

   -

   an in-depth guide of the 2023–24 FAFSA® form with a live demonstration
   highlighting key sections and common mistakes,
   -

   an overview of the PSLF program, and


   -

   tools and resources to help navigate through the Federal financial aid
   process.

EBC College Fair

college preparation and application process!

More than 50 public and private colleges and universities will be
represented, including those within the UC system, California State
University, in-state and out-of-state Private Institutions, Historically
Black Colleges and Universities, and Community Colleges.

Workshops on admission requirements, financial aid and scholarships for
documented and undocumented students, and requirements to be a transfer
student, will be offered in English and Spanish.

College Information Day will take place on Saturday, October 15, 2022, from
8:30am to 1:00pm on UC Berkeley's campus at Dwinelle Hall.

18 universities from 10 different countries with programs in English, most
of them offer scholarships. The event is free for students and parents or
guardians. October 20th at 7pm.

designed for students with learning disabilities and IEPs, is hosting
a Navigator

Whitman College

Saturday October 15th is “Come Fall for Whitman” Day. Students and families
are invited to Whitman’s beautiful campus in Walla Walla, Washington.
You’ll have the opportunity to sit in on a college class, chat with
admission officers, learn about financial aid and meet current students!

Pre-Vets Supporting Diversity Club <http://prevetsofdiversity.weebly.com/>
at UC Davis: Virtual high school Pre-Veterinary mentorship program that
will run from January to early June 2023. The mentor will guide students as
they prepare for their college education, as well as offer them insight
into the application process for veterinary schools and the different
career paths within the veterinary field.
