*URGENT INFORMATION:*


Hello again to the class of 2022,


Unfortunately, some students inadvertently entered their home address
in the FINAL TRANSCRIPTS REQUEST google link provided for the final
transcript to colleges. For those students that entered your home address
instead of the school address and received it at your home:

 You can simply put the UN-OPENED envelope into a bigger envelope and mail
it to the correct school address.


However, If the OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT HAS BEEN OPENED, you will need to
re-submit your request through the google doc link provided to you in your
email at the end of the year.


Please remember you MUST enter:

*THE COLLEGE or UNIVERSITY'S **exact **name**, **street address**, **city*
*, **state** and **zip code**. *
