Hello BHS Families,

Attached is a flyer, in English and Spanish, for a vaccine clinic to be
held this Wednesday, February 2, from 11:30 am to 6:30 pm at Berkeley
Technology Academy.

This clinic is open to anyone age 5+ for first/second Pfizer doses or for
the Pfizer booster.

Anyone 12+ who has completed their primary round of Pfizer in the past 5
months is eligible to receive a Pfizer booster.

Anyone 18+ who has completed their primary round of Moderna in the past 5
months is eligible to receive a Pfizer booster.

Anyone 18+ who completed their primary round of J&J in the past 2 months is
eligible to receive a Pfizer booster.

se llevará a cabo este miércoles 2 de febrero de 11:30 am a 6:30 pm en
Berkeley Technology Academy.

Esta clínica está abierta a cualquier persona mayor de 5 años para la
primera/segunda dosis de Pfizer o para el refuerzo de Pfizer.

Cualquier persona mayor de 12 años que haya completado su primera ronda de
Pfizer en los últimos 5 meses es elegible para recibir un refuerzo de
Pfizer.

Cualquier persona mayor de 18 años que haya completado su primera ronda de
Moderna en los últimos 5 meses es elegible para recibir un refuerzo de
Pfizer.

Cualquier persona mayor de 18 años que haya completado su primera ronda de
J&J en los últimos 2 meses es elegible para recibir un refuerzo de Pfizer.
