Hello BHS Families,

*As a reminder, in anticipation of increased supply of test kits, we are
urging families to register your student for Covid testing.* Parents/guardians
can complete the ONE-TIME registration for their student here:
https://my.primary.health/l/berkeley_usd

Complete the registration on Primary Health by clicking and confirming on
the email and text sent to confirm your information after registering. We
are UNABLE to test students and register results if you have not completed
consent.
