support the education of all students at Berkeley High School?*

*Are you curious about the different ways to be involved at Berkeley High
School? *


If you answered yes to any of the questions, please join us for the first
meeting of the year of the *Berkeley High School Development Group. *BHSDG is
an independent nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation founded in 1991 by a group
of parent volunteers to ensure the quality and excellence of Berkeley High
School. Our mission is to support and strengthen the educational experience
of all BHS students by raising and distributing funds.



BHSDG provides funding for many important programs throughout BHS, B-Tech,
and Independent Studies, including:

·        Free After-School Tutoring open to all students by classroom
teachers in multiple subjects

·        Classroom Supplies Grants for all teachers

·        Professional Development

·        College Application and testing fees for students in need

·        Technology (Hardware & Software)


This month's meeting is *Monday, August 30th* via Zoom. The zoom will open
at 6:45 p.m. for a short introduction and welcome for visitors and then the
formal meeting will run from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. This month's agenda includes
discussions on monthly grant requests, general updates, and a short
presentation by Principal Juan Raygoza. Please email (info at bhsdg.org) with
