For 2021-22, you will need to include the CLUB CONSTITUTION and STAFF
SPONSOR before submitting the form.


Please review the form for details.


We will invite registered student clubs to host a table at the following
events

   - 9TH GRADE ORIENTATION on FRIDAY, AUGUST 13
   - FALL CLUB FAIR likely first week of September
