Dear Students and Families,



As we plan for a return to in-person instruction next year, our staff need
time to clean, repair and reconfigure the Chromebooks for classroom use. We
need you to please return your BUSD Chromebooks and chargers at the end of
this school year.



What? Please return your Chromebook and charging adapter.

When and where?

   -

   BHS Supply Center 6/2-6/8: You can return your Chromebook and adapter to
   the BHS Supply Center at Kitteridge & Milvia -
   -

      6/2 Wed: 12pm-4pm
      -

      6/3 Thurs: 12pm-4pm
      -

      6/4 Fri: 12pm-5:30pm
      -

      6/7 Mon: 10am-4pm
      -

      6/8 Tues: 10am-4pm
      -

   Any BUSD Elementary or Middle School, following that school’s collection
   times.
   -

   BUSD Ed Hub <https://www.berkeleypublicschoolsfund.org/ed-hub/>: June
   7-11 from 3-5PM daily. Located at the Berkeley Adult School parking lot.



Enrolled in BHS Summer School? If your student is participating in BHS
Summer School, you can keep and continue to use your Chromebook. Make sure
to complete this online form <https://forms.gle/BUEdg4hcxcKd42cm8> so that
the devices are not automatically disabled.



Are you a graduating senior? If you do not return your Chromebook and
charger, your transcripts and diploma may be withheld.



Please note that devices that are not returned by June 30th will be
automatically disabled.



Hotspots should also be returned through any of the above methods unless it
is being used for Summer School.
