Please join us at the May Berkeley High School Development Group (BHSDG)
board meeting. BHSDG meetings are open to the public.  This month's meeting
is Monday, May 3 from 7 - 9 p.m. via Zoom. The agenda includes general
updates, discussions on monthly grant requests, and a review of proposed
board-initiated grants.  BHSDG is looking to add new board members for the
2021-2022 school year. Anyone interested in learning more about the
Development Group and the Board should email info at bhsdg.org to receive the
Zoom link.



The Berkeley High School Development Group is an independent nonprofit
501(c)(3) corporation founded in 1991 by a group of parent volunteers to
ensure the quality and excellence of Berkeley High School. Our mission is
to support and strengthen the educational experience of all BHS students by
raising and distributing funds.



The BHSDG provides funding for many important programs throughout BHS,
including:

      - Anti-Racism Professional Development

      - A Common U9 Final Exam for Distance Learning

      - Free After-School Tutoring open to all students by classroom
teachers in multiple subjects

      -  Classroom Supplies Grants for all teachers

      -   Professional Development

      -   College Application and testing fees for students in need

       - Technology (Hardware & Software)
