Dear Berkeley High Parents and Coaches,

Please join Berkeley Athletic Fund on Monday April 12, 2021, 7PM-8:30PM.
This will be a Zoom Meeting so please contact

Find out more about our fundraising efforts that provide vital equipment to
maintain quality athletic programs, fund academic support for at-risk
students and coach salaries for all sports.   The BAF general fund
distributes grants to those sports most in need.



The BHS Athletic Directors will present updates on programming and a look
ahead for the school year.



*Become part of a great team.  Berkeley Athletic Fund is seeking new board
members to assist with our cause!*

*We are looking to fill Board positions of Secretary and Treasurer!*



Your participation will contribute to sustaining a high quality athletic
program at Berkeley High School!

Please join us at the April *Berkeley High School Development Group* (BHSDG)
board meeting. BHSDG meetings are open to the public.  This month's meeting
is Monday, April 12th from 7 - 9 p.m. via Zoom. The agenda includes
discussions on monthly grant requests and general updates. BHSDG is looking
to add new board members especially in the areas of database management and
website development. Anyone interested in learning more about
the Development Group and the Board should *email **info at bhsdg.org*
<info at bhsdg.org>* to receive the Zoom link. *



The Berkeley High School Development Group is an independent nonprofit
501(c)(3) corporation founded in 1991 by a group of parent volunteers to
ensure the quality and excellence of Berkeley High School. Our mission is
to support and strengthen the educational experience of all BHS students by
raising and distributing funds.



The BHSDG provides funding for many important programs throughout BHS,
including:

   - Anti-Racism Professional Development
   - A Common U9 Final Exam for Distance Learning
   - Free After-School Tutoring open to all students by classroom teachers
   in multiple subjects
   - Classroom Supplies Grants for all teachers
   - Professional Development
   - College Application and testing fees for students in need
   - Technology (Hardware & Software)
