[BHS Etree] ADMIN: Distance Learning Term 3 to Term 4 Transition

We hope you are all doing well and staying as safe as possible right now.

We’re almost done with Term 3! This Friday, November 13th is the last day
for periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 (if applicable).

Term 4 with periods 0 (if applicable), 2, 4, and 6 starts on Monday,
November 16th.

We want to share some very important information for this transition. This
is information we're also sharing with students and staff.

Dates

Term 3 (Periods 1, 3, 5, and 7) ends on Friday, November 13th

Term 4 (Periods 0, 2, 4, and 6) starts on Monday, November 16th and ends on
Friday, December 18th

Term 4 Small Group Support

Please be aware that Small Group Support sessions WILL run during the 1st
Wednesday of Term 4 on November 18th.

Term 4 Student Materials

Please keep in mind that if your student's Term 4 teachers have materials
that they would like for them to pick up for classes, you and they can do
so at BHS Supply Center at the intersection of  Milvia St. and Kittredge
St. We will be open every Tuesday from 1:30-3:30pm during Term 4.
Additionally, we will also be open the 1st Thursday of Term 4 on November
19th. Only go to BHS Supply Center if your student's teacher instructs them
to pick up materials.

Semester 1 Grades

Instruction and final exams for Term 3 end on Friday, November 13th.
Instruction and final exams for Term 4 end on Friday, December 18th.
Semester 1 report cards will be mailed home to all students in early-to-mid
January.

Queremos compartir información muy importante para esta transición. Esta es

Fechas

El Término 3 (períodos 1, 3, 5 y 7) finaliza el viernes 13 de noviembre

El Término 4 (períodos 0, 2, 4 y 6) comienza el lunes 16 de noviembre y
termina el viernes 18 de diciembre

Término 4 - Soporte Para Grupos Pequeños

Tenga en cuenta que las sesiones de apoyo para grupos pequeños se llevarán
a cabo durante el primer miércoles del Término 4 el 18 de noviembre.

Materiales Para Estudiantes del Término 4

Tenga en cuenta que si los maestros del cuarto Término de su hijo tienen
materiales que les gustaría que recogieran para las clases, usted y ellos
pueden hacerlo en BHS Supply Center en la intersección de Milvia St. y
Kittredge St. Estaremos abiertos todos los martes de 1:30-3:30pm durante el
Término 4. Además, también estaremos abiertos el primer jueves del Término
4 el 19 de noviembre. Solo vaya al Centro de suministros de BHS si el
maestro de su estudiante le indica que recoja los materiales.

Calificaciones del Primer Semestre

La instrucción y los exámenes finales del tercer Término terminan el
viernes 13 de noviembre. La instrucción y los exámenes finales para el
cuarto Término terminan el viernes 18 de diciembre. Las boletas de
calificaciones del semestre 1 se enviarán por correo a todos los
estudiantes a principios o mediados de enero.
