Join Edupod

Edupod is a non-profit organization that raises awareness about medical
disorders through podcasts, fundraisers, campaigns, articles, and community
outreach. One disease is chosen and set to be worked on for about 3-4
months.

The Berkeley chapter is a branch of this organization. There are 3 open
leadership positions right now. Article Manager (secretary), Fundraising
Manager (treasurer), and Public Relations Manager (PR). The Funding Manager
will be setting up fundraisers and keeping a tab on accounting. Article
Manager will be in charge of the article team. PR Manager will be working
on outreach and other projects. If you are interested please fill out the
form attached. If you have any questions, let us know. The interest form is
non-committal, so if you decide later that you are no longer interested,
that is no problem. Thanks!

Pacific BoyChoir Academy

On November 13th at 7:00 P.M, ASB leadership will be hosting a virtual
concert with the Pacific BoyChoir Academy as a fundraiser for the Berkeley
Sexual Harm Survivors Support Group. This Support Group is an organization
that dedicates itself to supporting survivors through hosting free sessions
facilitated by a trained therapist to survivors of sexual harm. Due to the
session being free the group requires funds to help pay for the therapist’s
facilitation.

The PBA is a 2x Grammy award winning choir group that has toured different
parts of the world giving performances to the likes of Joe Montana, Chabad
Telethon, and Zach Galifianakis. The concert will feature music from Kanye
West, The Beatles, Oasis, The Weekend, and many more artists and genres.

The tickets to the virtual concert can be purchased here
<https://pbaxbhs.eventbrite.com/> for $10 each with all proceeds going to
the group. Please come out and lend your support for the Berkeley Sexual
Harm Support Group. We hope to see you there, get tickets now!
