For Seniors and their Parents & Guardians: Financial Aid Meetings

You are invited on October 8th and October 15th to join by Zoom:

Learn about financial resources for college and how to apply, including
grants, scholarships, work study, and loans based on merit (academic
achievement) and financial need or both.

*How to get ready for the FAFSA Application Workshop on 10/15 with lots of
help:*

1.Start gathering the following information to complete the FAFSA (it is
confidential, you are the only one to use the info):

Social Security #s for FAFSA or Alien Number; 2019 IRS tax return or tax
info; records of untaxed income; investments other than your home; cash,
savings, and checking account balances.

2. Not a US Citizen? No worries- bring Alien Registration Number

3. Don't have either? No worries- complete the Dream Act application.

4.Create a FSA ID #:

   - Both student and 1 parent/guardian need to create separate FSA ID's
   - It takes 24 hours after creating the account for it to be verified
   - If an older sibling already went through this process, parent does not
   need to make a new FSA ID
