College/Career: Final Reminder for Official Transcripts

Seniors,

To request an official transcript (BHS) be sent to your college, please see the message below from our BHS Registrar's Office:

2020 Final Transcript Request Procedure
Hello Seniors, we hope you are all doing well and finding ways to celebrate your accomplishments with your friends and family during these crazy times. I have received many questions regarding the “FINAL TRANSCRIPT PROCESS”

All transcripts will be sent based on your response to the Final Official Transcript Request 2020 <https://forms.gle/YgZW3KHN8xXVYNTF7>. The Registrar’s Office along with the Counselors will work with that report and use the information that you provided to determine the college you will be attending in the Fall. This means that you MUST be accurate about your college(s) on this report. You will not need to do any request individually. Transcripts will be sent out as soon as they are finalized.
