SDSU: Virtual Open House on Saturday, April 18

Join SDSU admissions counselors at Virtual Explore SDSU Open House: Beyond
the Classroom on Saturday, April 18. This event will be a combination of
live and recorded information sessions, which will include topics like
student life, financial aid, representation and inclusion at SDSU,
disability services, academic programs, and more! Register today

Check your portals and emails.

Ask for help about school selection.

Most school's deadline for  Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) is May 1
but some are extended to June 1.

First Step Award from the BHS Development Group:  Due 5/6/20 or later, if
necessary

Due 5/6/20 by 3pm or extended deadline if your college SIR was extended to
6/1/20. Contact a counselor or Mary Jacobs if you need more time or help
with application or deposit.



If you have an EFC of $0-$1,000 and you are going to a 4 year college (or
For Dream Act- community college), complete the form for the First Step
Award.

You may receive a small monetary grant from the BHS Development Group to
help pay for deposits with Statement of Intent to Register (SIR), housing,
orientation, travel to school, or books..



Reminder:  If you received a UC or CSU application fee waiver, the SIR
deposit will also be waived- no deposit when you accept/enroll at your
final choice of college.
