Finals Week~



Save the date: Monday, January 27: School closed for students due to the
semester break



BHS Wrestling

Over the weekend, the wrestling team went to two tournaments. The JV Team
went to the Livermore Barnburner with Diego Fernandez taking 3rd place. At
the Kermit Bankson Invitational at Albany, Kyle Guanavinaka was the
champion at Heavyweight, Sunish Patel came 2nd at 170 lbs, and Michael
Vasquez, Tyler Joyce, and Youssef Morsy all came out as consolation
champions at their weights.

They will be traveling to Mount Eden on Thursday for their second dual meet
of the league season.



Lacrosse

Hello athletes and families interested in Lacrosse,

Thursday's 1/23 preseason lacrosse meeting for all interested players and
their parents has been rescheduled to Thursday 1/30 at 7-9PM in the CCC.



Boys Tennis

Attention boys interested in playing tennis this spring:

Wednesday's 1/22 preseason tennis meeting has been rescheduled from 3:35PM
to 1PM due to the shortened finals schedule. The meeting will be held in
J205 (2nd floor behind the stadium grandstands).



College and Career Center (CCC) this week:

Tuesday, January 21: 3rd period: US Navy visit for seniors;  Lunch: Juniors
may visit with US Navy reps at lunch in the CCC



Wednesday, January 22-Friday, January 24: CCC is closed from 8:30-12:40 for
Final Exams in the CCC- no drop ins, no printing, no exception while
students are completing tests.



CCC will reopen for the Learning Center and tutoring at 1:00 on Wednesday
and Thursday.
