Seniors: Due February 24, 2020


Apply for a $3,000 one-time award if you meet the following eligibility
criteria:

   1. Attended at least 3 years of BUSD elementary school, plus all of
   BUSD middle school and Berkeley High school years
   2. You are a Berkeley resident
   3. Show academic achievement in your transcript
   4. Have leadership experience
   5. Complete application and a one page essay covering 7 topics

Hard copies of the application are on the counter in the CCC.
