PCAD (Parents of children of African descent) is calling on all black BHS staff, students and families of black students as we host a conversation with BUSD Superintendent Brent Stephens Saturday Jan 11, 2020 10 AM to 12 PM in the BHS College Career Center. 


We will have an open and moderated community discussion regarding:
o   Continuing U9 student support through 10th to 12th grades;

o   Mandatory and continuing unconscious bias training for all staff;  

o   Expansion of African American Studies courses;

o   Creation of a district wide minority-based advisory council;


Don't miss your opportunity to influence district policy in the new year.
