Intruder Drill Today

We will be conducting our annual intruder drill today, Tuesday Nov 19, at
the end of the 3rd period. All classes will watch a brief instructional
video then practice locking down our classrooms. Students, thank you for
taking this drill seriously!



United Against Hate Week

Your Challenge: Berkeley High, everyone deserves to feel loved. Tell a
loved one (or more) that you appreciate them. You may also post a photo,
screenshot, or video on your instagram story and hashtag “#BerkeleyUAH”. We
will wear yellow on Friday in solidarity. But also, thank you !



Are you interested in traveling abroad? Are you interested in scholarship
money? CIEE offers $50,000 of scholarship money to Berkeley High students.
Applications are due by December 6! Check out ciee.org for more information

questions.



PE Waivers

SAVE THE DATE: Fall 2019 Waivers:

Your signed and completed yellow portions of the Fall PE Waiver is due
Friday, Jan 10, 2020. No exceptions will be made for missed deadlines.



BHS Jazz Fall Concerts

Come on out to hear some fabulous musicians!

 Wednesday, November 20:  10:00 and 11:00 bands

Thursday, November 21:       3:00 and 4:00 bands



WHERE: Florence Schwimley Little Theatre

TIME: All concerts starts at 7:00 PM

COST: FREE to everyone 18 and under and to BHS staff, $10 to all others



YEARBOOK: Our yearbook is currently $65, buy it before the prices increase
to $80 on Friday November 22nd. You can buy it online at
tinyurl.com/berkeley2020 If you could promote it 2-3 times a week that
would be great, thanks!
