The *Cultural Club Fair* is coming up this Thursday, November 14th, during
lunch at the main courtyard.



*BHS Jazz Fall Concerts*

Come on out to hear some fabulous musicians!


*WHEN:*

Friday, November 15:  Jazz Ensemble

Wednesday, November 20:  10:00 and 11:00 bands

Thursday, November 21:       3:00 and 4:00 bands


*WHERE:* Florence Schwimley Little Theatre, on the BHS campus off Allston
Way

*TIME:* All concerts starts at 7:00 PM

*COST:*  FREE to everyone 18 and under and to BHS staff, $10 to all others



*French Club*

Make your own crepes (that is French pancakes)!  Come to the French Club
meeting on Wednesday, November 13, during lunch in Madame Chenault's
classroom, C-102.  We shall also view a French film and discuss fundraising
for our spring break excursion to Quebec and Montreal.  The deposit for the
trip is due the first week of December.  This trip is open to all Berkeley
High school students who are interested in French and Canadian language and
culture.  Please talk to Madame Chenault for more details.



*YEARBOOK:* Our yearbook is currently $65, buy it before the prices
increase to $80 on Friday, November 22nd.  You can buy it online at
tinyurl.com/berkeley2020.



*CLASS OF 2020!!!!*

*SENIOR PORTRAITS:* BHS Yearbook needs your senior portrait by November
16th in order for the senior portrait to appear in the yearbook. No
exceptions. If you do not take a portrait photo with LifeTouch, then your
student ID will be used.

TODAY, THURSDAY, & FRIDAY are the last on BHS campus days for
portraits...stop by the East Gallery !!!

*SPORTS REPORT:*

Congratulations to both *Water Polo* teams on tremendous seasons.  Both
teams traveled had tough first round NCS games.  The girls lost an overtime
thriller to Clayton Valley Charter in OT and the boys fell to Monte Vista.


*Girls Tennis...GIRLS TENNIS!*

A week after claiming the WACC championship, the girls kicked butt at the
WACC singles and doubles championships.  Solia Valentine took the singles
title and Maya Ng and Maya Curry took the doubles title.  Andrea
Morales-Mendoza took 3rd in singles and Sarah Bruno took 4th.  Congrats!


The whole team plays at Heritage in Brentwood TODAY in the first round of
Div 1 team NCS playoffs.  Good luck and Go Jackets!


*Cross-Country *capped off a fantastic season in thrilling fashion at
league championships.  The girls claimed 3rd and the boys won the WACC
OUTRIGHT!



*Tomorrow is the National Letter of Intent Early Signing Day.*  Many BHS
athletes will be signing in the library tomorrow at 5 to commit to play at
various universities.
