[BHS Etree] ATHLETICS: BHS Crew Rowers Win Gold at Petaluma Half Marathon

The regular season for crew has not started yet, but BHS senior Sydney Harris and sophomore Sam Packman each raced the Petaluma River Half Marathon last Sunday, winning medals for BHS.

Sydney won gold rowing against eight other crews in the women's flatwater double with a time of one hour, 42 minutes, 26 seconds.

Sam was the only entry in the men's open water single, but he raced a respectable time of one hour, 57 minutes, 6 seconds, beating two of the men's flatwater entries.
