A few additional notes:
We are planning for a fun and safe graduation ceremony for all. Please arrive early to the Haas Pavilion as there will be a detailed security screening in place using metal detectors and a bag check to prevent entry of any of the prohibited items. All guests will pass through metal detectors. Any prohibited items found will be forfeited at the screening or you can place them back in your vehicle. Please review the entire list of prohibited items before arriving to prevent any potential forfeiture. The clear bag policy will also be strictly enforced, so please review the policy carefully.
This process will take additional time, so plan to arrive early and practice patience. The doors will open at 11:00 am, well ahead of the 1:00 pm start time for the ceremony. As we gather to celebrate the Class of 2019, we hope that these security measures are a minor part of an otherwise outstanding achievement and memorable day.

Congratulations!
