Happy Earth Week Berkeley High! 
Today we kick off Zero Waste Week! Can you go from now until Friday without producing any landfill trash? For more info and to send photos and reflections, follow @bhszerowasteweek on instagram. Additionally, tomorrow the Green Team will be hosting a lunchtime event by the Senior Steps. Slide through to play games, paint, and enjoy bike-powered smoothies!

 BLACK RECRUITMENT and RETENTION DAY 
There is still time to register for the Black Recruitment and Retention Day at UC Berkeley this Saturday, April 27, 2019.

Jazz Band is looking for students of color. If you play an instrument and you’re interested, sign up at bhsjazz.org or come to the A building and see Ms. Cline. 

Advanced Placement Exams: 
All students registered for this year's AP exams must attend one of two meetings on this Tuesday (April 23) or Wednesday (April 24) after school in the Community Theater. You will fill in information needed only on the first answer sheet you will use this year. Bring two or more number 2 pencils (no mechanical pencils, please) and a book or binder to serve as a writing surface. The meetings may run to 5 p.m. All need to stay until dismissed.
