[BHS Etree] ADMIN: Spring Course Scheduling for the 2019-20 School Year

Dear Families of 9th-11th Graders at Berkeley High School:

This is an exciting time as we enter the last quarter of this school year and prepare for next year. Students have made course requests for the 2019-20 school year.

The week prior to Spring Break we mailed families a copy of their student's course requests. Students have an opportunity to make changes to their course requests and submit those changes to their Guidance Counselor this week - April 8th-12th in the Counseling Office from 3:30-4:00 pm.

All current 10th and 11th grade students (not applicable to current 9th grade students) also have an opportunity to request a change in Small Learning Community (SLC) assignment for next school year. If they entered this SLC Lottery while requesting their courses, you will be receiving a report. Your student can also make changes to their SLC Lottery entry and submit those changes, or enter the SLC Lottery if they did not do so previously, with their Guidance Counselor this week of April 8th-12th.

The deadline to submit course request changes, and (only for current 10th and 11th grade students) to request to change SLCs, for the 2019-20 school year is Friday, April 12th.
