Submitting Additional Documents for College Apps
Counselors have been hard at work submitting all school documents for seniors' college applications via Naviance. As this is our first year using Naviance eDocs to send school documents (transcripts, counselor recs, school profile, etc), I encourage you to remind your students to check their application status on their college portals to ensure everything went through. Applicants usually receive log-in instructions to their college portals a few days after submitting their application.
Ways to make the delivery of documents smooth:
1. On Naviance, add all colleges to "Colleges I'm Applying To"
2. On Naviance, make sure the colleges in "Colleges I'm Applying to" have the correct designation (early action, regular decision, etc.) and assign where the student will be applying (Common App, Directly w/ Institution, Other)
3. Communicate with counselors when adding schools to list later or when a college has special requirements
Submitting Official Score Reports
Remember that colleges that require SAT/ACT often require an official test score report even if the student self-reported their scores in the application.
For SAT official score report sending, click here.
For ACT official score report sending, click here.
For UC's, you can send it to 1 UC campus and all UC campuses will have access to your score report.
For CSU's, same thing... you only have to send ACT scores to 1 campus. For SAT scores send it to the code 3594, and all campuses will have access to it.
