BHS Improvisation:

Come see your own BHS Improvisation team "ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT !!"

EVERY THURSDAY at 3:45 in the DRAMA ROOM....A203.... see them do a totally improvised show and thrill to the madness!!


Seniors:

Petition to graduate early forms are due into the registrar’s office by October 26, not later than 4:00 PM


Library Books:

Under beds, behind desks, in cars - got any Berkeley School Library books lying around?

Return them all to the Berkeley High Library and clear accounts now. No fees to worry about! Thanks for helping us keep our books circulating.


Hello Music Fans!:

Come out to the Community Theater this Friday night at 7 pm (9/21) for the Battle of the Bands with a phenomenal collection of performers. Student tickets are $3, adult tickets are $8, and BHS Staff are free. See you at the Battle! There will be a taco truck at the battle of the bands.


Join BHS Orienteering:

Orienteering is a sport that mixes map reading with cross country running, to find checkpoints along a course as fast as possible. It's a great way to get P.E. credit, enjoy Bay Area parks, and compete in state, are eligible for National Merit Scholarships Competition.

Meetings are held on Thursdays at lunch in C221, email bhsorienteeringclub at gmail.com if you have any questions."


For Sophomores and Juniors:

Take the PSAT on Saturday October 13, 2018 at Berkeley High School:

WHO? All 11th Graders and interested 10th Graders

WHAT? PSAT is great preparation for SAT and Juniors BHS Student Planner is incorrect)

WHEN? Saturday, October 13, 2018 (Note: the date in the regional, and national championships with no experience necessary.

COST?  Fee is $25 payable in cash, check, or money order written to Berkeley High School


Juniors participating in the free and reduced lunch program pay $5; please bring a copy of the district approval letter or email when you register

You can bring this letter to Ms. Williams at sign up or to Ms. Jacobs in the CCC beforehand

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

11th Graders: Registration is September 19th-October 3rd at lunch and 3:30-4:10 PM, East Gallery of the Community Theater

10th Graders: Registration is September 26th-October 3rd at lunch and 3:30-4:10 PM, East Gallery.


National Honor Society:

"Interested in applying to be part of the National Honor Society?"

Be part of the wave. We're a service leadership club that has plans to serve our community.

Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be a sophomore, junior, or senior... applications can be picked up in the CCC. Applications due Friday Oct. 12th.
