We are excited to finally release information about GRAD TICKET SALES!!! CAP & GOWN

All graduating seniors will walk across stage with a cap and gown. New or old, red or yellow. If you have yet to buy one OR pick it up, you can do so at the Greek Theatre after the graduation rehearsal on June 15. Achievers Inc. will be present all day to handle new/existing orders.

IF YOUR FAMILY HAS AN EXTRA CAP & GOWN, feel free to drop off for seniors to use in the “FREE” box at the leadership office.

TWO FREE TICKETS: All graduating students from BHS and BTA are eligible to receive two free tickets, in the bowl area, for the graduation ceremony (a $44 value). BHS students can pick up their two free tickets starting Tuesday, June 5, at the BHS Box Office, which is near the A Gate on Allston Way. The Box Office will be open before school (8:00am-8:30am) and at lunch (11:40 am-12:10 pm).



Before students can pick up their free tickets, they must:

1. Complete the 2018 Graduation Survey, available online at student.naviance.com/berkeleyhigh

(Username: student email; Password: Berkeley + student id)

2. Clear any book, materials or athletic fines with Mr. Waterman in the Registrar’s Office (cash, check and credit cards are accepted for payment). NOTE: Students must show their BHS ID card in order to receive the two free tickets (no exceptions). Replacement ID cards are available in the Counseling Center for $10. Parents cannot pick up free tickets for their students.



ADDITIONAL TICKETS: Tickets are expected to go on sale Friday, June 1, at 12:00 pm, and will be on sale until and during Graduation as long as they last.  During the first week of sales, there is a limit of TWO BOWL TICKETS and/or FOUR LAWN TICKETS per student, person, family, household, or credit card.



Tickets will be sold by the Ticket Office at Zellerbach Hall:

-online at http://tickets.berkeley.edu/

-by phone at 510-642-9988

-in person (located at the northeast corner of Zellerbach Hall; enter the UC Berkeley campus at Bancroft and Telegraph) • Box office and phone hours are Tuesday-Friday, 12 p.m.-5:30 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday, 1 p.m.-5 p.m. CLOSED MONDAY!



Bowl Seats Regular Price: $22 | Bowl Seats Reduced Price: $15 | All Lawn Seats: $10

Every person attending, regardless of age, must have a ticket for entrance.

During the first week of sales, there is a limit of TWO BOWL TICKETS and/or FOUR LAWN TICKETS per student, person, family, household, or credit card.



REDUCED PRICE TICKETS: Students who receive free or reduced-price meals at school are eligible for discounted tickets. To receive discounted tickets, eligible students must go to the Counseling Center (room D-141) to receive a verification form. The forms will be available starting on Thursday, May 31. Discounted tickets are only available at the Zellerbach Hall box office; they cannot be purchased online or via phone. The verification form must be presented at the time of purchase to receive the discounted price. There is a limit of four tickets/student at the discounted price, and all tickets must be purchased at the same time.
