Dear BHS Families,

The end of the school year is fast approaching and many families are making plans for summer activities. As a reminder, spring term final exams will take place during the last week of school, June 11-15 (see schedule below).  The make-up day for final exams is Friday, June 15.  Please ensure that your summer plans allow your student(s) to be present for their exams.  We do not require teachers to make individual accommodations for students who want to take final exams early.


Additionally, many courses at BHS have common final exams across several sections, and for that reason, these exams cannot be given until the final exam week.  Students who do not complete their finals during that week will receive grades of Incomplete for those courses until they complete the final exams in August.


Please feel free to reach out to your child's Vice Principal with any clarifying questions about final exams week.
