Morning Sports Report More than 20 Jacket track and field athletes are competing this week in the North Coast Section Meet of Champions at UC Berkeley's Edwards Stadium. Congratulations on making it this far, and we wish them much success! Quarter 4 Progress Reports Earlier this week, progress reports were sent out to families of students who are at risk of failing one or more courses for Semester 2. Progress Reports reflect a student's current standing in each of their classes. This information is provided to families so that they can act to maintain or improve their student's academic performance. Progress Reports do not represent a final grade, so if you have received one, make plans now to meet with your teacher or counselor, attend after school tutoring and prepare for success during these last few weeks of school. Spring Carnival ASB Leadership is excited to announce the inaugural Spring Carnival, an all school event that will take place on the afternoon of Friday, June 1. The Spring Fair aims to unify the BHS student body and staff through fun, spirited activities to close out the school year. There will be free activities, including: inflatable obstacle courses, carnival games, friendly staff vs. student competitions, among other fun activities. Imagine the carnival scenes from Grease or the Harvest Festival in the sitcom Parks & Recreation! There will be a special bell schedule on Friday, June 1, so that everyone can enjoy the carnival from 2:30 until 3:30. More information will be available next week. Yearbooks Have Arrived! Attention all yearbook buyers: yearbooks will be distributed immediately after school today on the Senior Steps. Today is the final scheduled day for you to collect or purchase your yearbook. Please bring your BHS student ID or other photo ID. If you did not purchase a yearbook, you can purchase one after school with cash or check.
