Become an Americorps Health Fellow with Lifelong Medical Care in West Berkeley

* Commit to year long term of service

* Serve a minimum of 1,700 full time hours

* Address health issues by improving access to health care & services

* Health Education

* Case management

* Community Engagement


Requirements:

* Proof of U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident alien

* 17 years or older

* One year commitment to serve

* Must pass background check
