Dear Parents and Community,

Ms. Williams is holding two pre-administration meetings for students taking the AP exams. The meetings will be after school in the Community Theater today and tomorrow, April 24 and 25, from 3:30 until about 5 p.m. Students will be filling out the information required on the answer sheet of only the first exam they take each year, so doing this in advance saves us about 40 minutes of reading at each test administration. All students who are taking an AP exam will attend one meeting or the other.

We are looking for three parents each day to assist in passing out and collecting materials. Please let me know if you can help out today or tomorrow.
